  2. Singleness/Marriage Seminar

    LFCC is offering a Singleness/Marriage Seminar led by Pastor Ro for adult singles and couples in serious relationships. The seminar will take place on Saturday Nov. 11th from 3:30pm-6pm, at Church of Our Saviour Lutheran. If you are interested in attending please register online.

  3. Hiking Fellowship Oct 28th

    The Fellowship Ministry invites everyone to a family-friendly hike to Mount Beacon Trailhead on Oct 28th.   4. Disaster Relief Funds

    Thank you to those that contributed to Hurricane Harvey relief.  Our church collected $1170.  With matching from our diaconate fund, $2340 has been sent to Missions to North America (MNA).  In light of hurricanes Irma and Maria, we have designated October Sundays to collect funds for areas affected by these disasters.  Please consider giving.

  5. Cooking Classes

    We invite you to our first cooking class being led by members of our community.   6. Harvest Day

  8. Theology of Work Course - Module 1 & 2 Registration

    If you have missed Theology of Work courses in the past, registration for Module 1 & 2 is open! Module 1 will take place today and 10/22, followed by Module 2 on 11/5 and 11/12. Classes will be on Sunday afternoons 1:30 - 3:30 pm at PS20 Classroom 106. Module 1 will cover (a) the origins of work in Genesis 1 & 2, and (b) being made in the image of a God who works. Module 2 will address (a) the centrality of vocation & calling in the Christian conception of work and (b) the reality of work as a primary idol of our age and our City.   10. Living Faith Conference: Reformation 500

    LFCC's annual conference will take place October 20-22, to celebrate the gospel as we remember the 500th anniversary of Christian Reformation. We want to celebrate the message of Reformation as a church that champions the gospel of Jesus. Child care is provided and lunch is provided on Saturday. For details and registration check online.

  12. Prayer for Elected Leaders

    Our members have put forward Trusty Pei, and Amy Woo for diaconate nominees and Stephen Au, Matthew Suhu, Stephen Fang, and Curtis Xia for Ruling Elder nominees. Let us commit to pray for them and their discernment of calling in their training with our session in this coming year.

  13. King's Cross Basketball

    We welcome you to  join us in praying as a community each Sunday as we gather together at 10 am in room 132. We will gather together to pray for the world, the nation, the Flushing community, and personal prayer.
